Cauliflower and cheese puree

All ingredients:

  • 175 g cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 15 g margarine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g grated cheddar cheese

Preparation:

  1. First, cut the cauliflower head into small pieces.
  2. Bring some salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
  3. When the water boils, you can add the cauliflower and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. After the 10 minutes are up, drain the cauliflower and place it in a bowl.
  5. For the puree, add the margarine to the cauliflower.
  6. Mash everything with a fork until you have a thick paste.
  7. Now you add the milk and mix the whole thing into a soft texture.
  8. Finally, put the grated cheese on top. And your baby’s meal is ready.

White fish puree

Ingredients:

  • 1 fillet of pike
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 1 cup of water
  • a handful of chives
  • A bit of cold pressed olive oil

 The preparation:

  1. Peel and cut the potato, chives, and carrots. 
  2. When everything is cut, cook the vegetables and chives in a saucepan with the pike.
  3. Once the vegetables are soft, drain them and put them in the blender. Add a little of the boiling water and let it puree for about 3 minutes.
  4. Then you mash the fillet and put it in the blender as well. You should make sure that there are no hard bits left. You should also pay attention to bones again, even if you have bought a fillet. 
  5. You let the mixer puree until you have a nice, homogeneous mass.
  6. Before you feed the porridge, you can drizzle a few drops of the olive oil over it.

Watermelon, banana and mango for a fruity puree

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of watermelon
  • an orange
  • 1 banana
  • a mango

Preparation:

  1. Peel the watermelon, the banana and also the mango and cut everything into small pieces. Remove all the pips in the process.
  2. Then you put the fruit in a blender and puree again until you have a nice, uniform mass. 
  3. Gradually add the juice of the orange and puree a little more.
  4. If the puree gets a little too runny, you can add a gluten-free biscuit. This will then make the pulp a little firmer.

Zucchini and ham puree

Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 80 g cooked ham
  • 1 potato
  • a tablespoon of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of cold-pressed olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Wash and peel the zucchini and potato. Then you cut them into small pieces.
  2.  You can cook anything by steaming the vegetables. You can do this in the microwave, for example. At 5 minutes, one hundred degrees Celsius and a quarter of normal speed, they will cook.
  3. When the time is up, add the chicken, cream cheese, and olive oil. Then you set the clock again to 3 minutes. This time at only a fifth of normal speed and 100 degrees again.
  4. Then you can mix it up a little and then feed it straight away.
