  • 1 broccoli, finely chopped

  • Put the vegetables in a blender and puree everything until the soup has a creamy texture.
  • As a side dish, place the avocado slices on the toast and garnish with the radish cubes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top and add some lemon juice and olive oil to the toast slices.

Fried chicken with broccoli

ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 500 g chicken breast, cut into pieces approx. 1 cm in size
  • 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 1 broccoli, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maizena
  • 3 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 2 spring onions, cut into thin rings
  • 1/4 cup of water

Mix the soy sauce with the vinegar, cornmeal and sesame oil in a large cup.

In a large pan, fry the meat until golden brown on all sides (about 10 minutes). Then add the ginger, garlic, spring onions, broccoli and water. Keep stirring the mixture until the vegetables are well done. 

Finally, add the mixture with the soy sauce and stir well. Wait a few minutes and take everything off the fire.  Serve your broccoli dish with a little rice.
